How do I create an account?
Download Stock2Swap from the App Store, tap Register, and provide your name, email, and a password. You'll then add your restaurant details in a short onboarding flow.
How does an exchange work?
Browse nearby restaurants on the Discover tab, send a Ping for the ingredient you need, agree on terms (swap, credit/IOU, or direct payment), then confirm the hand-off in the app once it's complete.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings → Edit Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your restaurant profile, inventory, and message history from our database.
Are payments safe?
Payments between restaurants are processed by Stripe. Stock2Swap never sees or stores your card details.
Push notifications stopped working.
Open iOS Settings → Stock2Swap → Notifications and confirm notifications are allowed. If they're on but you're still not receiving them, email us at support@stock2swap.com.
